Social Media Manager
Position Title: Social Media Manager
Department: Advertisement
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and more) that are on-brand, effectively encourage engagement and sharing
- Conceptualize and schedule compelling daily IG stories that encourage engagement, connect with our audience, tell our brand story, and drive sales
- Day-to-day posting on social channels and help execute strategies – communicating with internal teams and clients about that content
- Create graphic designs, copywrite, and photograph as needed to produce engaging social content that is consistent with our voice & style, while also aligning with our community's KPIs
- Work directly with the General Manager and Marketing Director to maintain brand voice and look/feel, while also pitching new ideas, concepts and trends
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging automotive content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media
- Stay up to date on industry trends to determine appropriate content that promotes culture relevance and consumer education to overcome buying objections in advance with accurate information
- Experience in successfully concepting and managing strategic social marketing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, employees and the general public.
Other Skills & Abilities:
Skill and ability to operate a computer. Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work. Skill and ability to meet deadlines and operate office equipment. Skill and ability to use company software.
